My Story
From circling to liberated
I’ve spent over 20 years leading people change in large, well-known brands and organisations. I know what it means to strive for and achieve success.

By my late 20s, I was shaping the future of some of the most respected brands, working on purpose, strategy, and culture at the highest levels. My career was exciting, rewarding, and something many would consider a dream. I thought I had it all—a prestigious role, an executive salary and a path carved by hard work and ambition.

But by 40, everything started to feel different. Beneath the achievements, I felt disconnected and stuck. I started questioning if the life I’d built was truly mine—or just what I thought I should be doing......
